Preheat the Oven

In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp and seeds into a bowl.

Wash the fresh fruit thoroughly. If using lemons, juice them to get the required lemon juice. For strawberries or raspberries, blend them until smooth.

Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly and remove any tough stems. In a large pot of boiling salted water, blanch the spinach for about 2 minutes, then drain and immediately plunge it into ice water to stop the cooking. Once cooled, drain again and chop roughly.
