CHIPOTLE

Place your mixing bowl and whisk (or beaters) in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before starting. This helps the cream whip better.

Chill Equipment

In the chilled mixing bowl, pour in 1 cup of heavy whipping cream. Add 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the bowl.

Combine Ingredients

Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer, start whipping the cream on low speed. Gradually increase the speed to high. Continue whipping until soft peaks form, which will take about 2-3 minutes.

Whip the Cream

Once soft peaks have formed, keep whipping until stiff peaks form. This means that when you lift the whisk out of the cream, it should hold its shape without collapsing. This should take an additional 1-2 minutes.

Taste the whipped cream and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more powdered sugar, a little at a time, until desired sweetness is achieved. Whip briefly to combine.

Use immediately as a topping for desserts, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Re-whip if necessary before serving.

In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder.

Add the butter, milk, and egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until a soft dough forms.

In a large jar or pitcher, combine the coarsely ground coffee with the cold water. Stir gently to ensure all the coffee grounds are saturated.

In a small saucepan, combine the piloncillo, water, ground cinnamon, and the cinnamon stick.

Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring until the piloncillo is completely dissolved.

Once dissolved, allow the syrup to simmer for about 10 minutes until slightly thickened.

Remove from heat, discard the cinnamon stick, and let the syrup cool. Once cooled, transfer to a bottle or jar for storage.

In a glass, pour 1 cup of cold brew coffee and stir in 2-3 tablespoons of the piloncillo & cinnamon syrup, adjusting to taste.

Gather all the ingredients: finely ground Turkish coffee, water, sugar, and ground cardamom.

In a cezve (Turkish coffee pot), add the finely ground Turkish coffee, sugar, and ground cardamom.

Pour the 150 ml of water into the cezve over the coffee mixture and stir well until all the coffee and sugar are dissolved.

Place the cezve on low heat. Do not stir after this point. Allow the coffee to heat slowly.

Heat the Mixture

As the coffee heats, it will begin to foam and bubble. Keep a close eye on it to prevent it from boiling over.

Once the foam rises to the top, remove the cezve from the heat immediately to avoid spilling.

Remove from Heat

Pour the coffee into small cups, allowing the grounds to settle at the bottom of the cezve. Serve hot.

Start by measuring out 1 cup of medium roast coffee beans. Make sure to use fresh beans for the best flavor.

Grind the coffee beans to a medium coarseness using a coffee grinder. This should resemble granulated sugar in texture.

In a kettle or pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and let it cool for about 30 seconds to reach the optimal brewing temperature (around 200°F or 93°C).

Place a coffee filter in your drip coffee maker and add the ground coffee into the filter. Make sure to evenly distribute the grounds for a consistent brew.

Pour the hot water slowly over the coffee grounds in the filter. Let it brew for about 4-5 minutes, allowing the water to extract the flavors from the coffee.

Once the brewing process is complete, discard the used coffee grounds and filter. Pour the freshly brewed coffee into your favorite mug.
