Ensure the draft beer system is clean and functioning. Connect the kegs of Draft Lager, Draft IPA, and Draft Stout to the system.

Allow the kegs to chill in the system for at least 1 hour before serving.

Juice fresh oranges to yield about 4 cups of juice. If using store-bought juice, ensure it's pure and without additives for the best flavor.

Cut fresh oranges into thin slices for garnish. These can be placed on the rim of the champagne glasses or floated on top of the mimosas.

In a champagne flute, pour 1 part fresh orange juice to 2 parts House Champagne. For a standard serving, fill the flute with 1/3 cup of orange juice and top with 2/3 cup of champagne.
