Mimosa Ingredients

Method

Mimosa Preparation

  1. 1

    Chill the Champagne

Before serving, ensure that the House Champagne is chilled. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or in an ice bucket for 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Fresh Orange Juice

Juice fresh oranges to yield about 4 cups of juice. If using store-bought juice, ensure it's pure and without additives for the best flavor.

  3. 3

    Slice the Oranges

Cut fresh oranges into thin slices for garnish. These can be placed on the rim of the champagne glasses or floated on top of the mimosas.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Mimosas

In a champagne flute, pour 1 part fresh orange juice to 2 parts House Champagne. For a standard serving, fill the flute with 1/3 cup of orange juice and top with 2/3 cup of champagne.

  5. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Garnish each glass with a slice of fresh orange. Serve immediately while the champagne is bubbly.
