Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Pat the whole chicken dry with paper towels and place it in a roasting pan.

Prep the Chicken

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

Make the Herb Mixture
