Place the regular, diet, and flavored canned sodas in the cooler or tub, distributing them evenly among the ice to ensure all cans are chilled.

Arrange the cooler or tub in a designated serving area. Make sure it is easily accessible for guests.

Place napkins and straws near the cooler or tub. This allows guests to grab them easily as they serve themselves.

Begin by selecting high-quality bottled water. Ensure that the bottles are sealed and properly labeled.

Prepare the Bottled Water

Refrigerate the bottled water for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure it is refreshingly cold.

Chill the Water

In a separate container, prepare ice by filling an ice tray with water and freezing it for several hours. Alternatively, use store-bought ice.

Slice the lemons into wedges and wash the mint leaves. Place a lemon wedge and a mint leaf on each bottle or in a serving glass for added flavor.

Garnish with Lemon and Mint

Set up a catering table with the chilled bottled water, ice, lemon wedges, and mint leaves. Encourage guests to add ice and garnish their water as desired.

Start by cutting the ripe avocados in half. Remove the pits and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.

Prepare the Guacamole

Add the lime juice to the avocados in the bowl. This will prevent the avocados from browning.

Finely chop the red onion and add it to the bowl with the avocados and lime juice.

Dice the tomato and add it to the guacamole mixture.

Chop the fresh cilantro and mix it in with the other ingredients.

Season the guacamole with salt and black pepper to taste. Mash everything together with a fork until you reach your desired consistency.

Transfer the guacamole to a serving bowl and serve with tortilla chips on the side for dipping.

In a medium saucepan, combine the cheddar cheese and cream cheese over medium heat.

Prepare the Queso

Stir the cheese mixture constantly until melted and smooth, about 5-7 minutes.

Once the cheese is melted, add the diced tomatoes, jalapeños, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.

Stir well to combine all ingredients and let cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.

In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

Prepare the Tea

Once the water reaches a boil, remove it from heat and add the 4 black tea bags. Allow the tea to steep for about 5-7 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.

If you prefer sweet tea, add 1 cup of granulated sugar to the hot tea while it’s still warm. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool to room temperature. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled tea over the ice. For sweet tea, garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves. For unsweetened tea, simply pour without adding sugar.

Start by preparing the salsa, which will complement the tortilla chips beautifully.

Prepare the Salsa

Dice the tomatoes into small pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.

Finely chop the red onion and add it to the bowl with tomatoes.

Chop the fresh cilantro and add it to the mixing bowl.

Remove seeds from the jalapeño pepper, finely chop it, and add it to the mixture.

Pour in the lime juice, add salt, and sprinkle garlic powder over the ingredients.

Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly, ensuring even distribution of flavors.

Once the salsa is prepared, it's time to serve it with the tortilla chips.

Arrange the tortilla chips on a large serving platter.

Transfer the salsa to a serving bowl and place it in the center of the platter with chips.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Place the seasoned chicken breasts on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked.

Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it cool. Shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced roasted poblano peppers, fried corn, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and chopped cilantro.

Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well combined and the chicken is evenly coated.

Take a tortilla wrap and place about 1 cup of the chicken salad mixture in the center.

Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it tightly from the bottom to the top to create a wrap.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into 2 oz patties.

Prepare the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

Cook the Sliders

While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the brioche buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Prepare the Buns

Once the patties are cooked, place each patty on the bottom half of a toasted brioche bun. Top with a slice of cheese if desired, followed by a lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato, and some thinly sliced red onion. Spread mayonnaise on the top half of the bun and place it on top of the assembled slider.

Serve the sliders immediately with your choice of sides or condiments.

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside to cool.

Cook the Pasta

While the pasta is cooking, prepare the vegetables. Drain and rinse the black beans, and drain the corn if using canned. Halve the cherry tomatoes, finely chop the red onion, and dice the cucumber. Chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare the Vegetables

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, and romaine lettuce.

Pour the avocado ranch dressing over the salad mixture. Toss everything together gently until all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.

Dress the Salad

Transfer the pasta salad to a serving container or individual boxes. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Avocado Ranch Dressing

Cook the chosen protein (chicken, beef, or tofu) in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Season with spices (optional) and shred or chop into small pieces.

Prepare the Protein

If not using pre-cooked rice, cook rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, set aside to cool slightly.

If using canned black beans, drain and rinse them. Heat in a saucepan over low heat until warmed through.

Finely shred the cabbage and dice the tomatoes. Set aside for assembly.

Chop Vegetables

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise with lime juice, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt. Adjust lime juice to taste.

Make Mojo Lime Aioli

On a clean surface, lay out the burrito wraps. In the center of each wrap, layer half of the cooked protein, ½ cup of rice, ¼ cup of black beans, ½ cup of shredded cabbage, ¼ cup of diced tomatoes, and ¼ cup of shredded cheese. Drizzle with mojo lime aioli.

Assemble the Burrito Box

Fold in the sides of the wrap and then roll from the bottom up to enclose the filling securely. Repeat with remaining wraps.
