Pineapple Gimlet

2 oz McQueen and Violet Fog Gin, 1 oz Freshly squeezed lime juice, ½ oz Homemade brown sugar syrup, 1 egg white, Powdered sugar, 3 Pineapple slices. Muddle 2 pieces of pineapple in a mixing glass, fill with ice, gin, lime juice, brown sugar syrup, egg white, and shake well. Strain into a coupe glass, garnish with pineapple.
