Making Krab Cakes

1. Prepare the Mixture

In a large bowl, combine the krab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, egg, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.

2. Form the Cakes

Shape the mixture into patties, about 4 inches in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

3. Fry the Cakes

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the krab cakes for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
