1. Prepare the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
2. Add the shrimp to the skillet. Season with salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
3. Cook the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add the julienned bell pepper, carrot, and zucchini. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
4. Make the Sauce
Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and lemon juice. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens slightly.
5. Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and mix well to coat in the sauce. Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper as needed.
6. Serve
Serve the Czarina hot over pasta or rice, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
