Cooking Instructions

1

Cook the Penne

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2

Sauté the Broccoli

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of garlic oil over medium heat. Add the broccoli florets and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they are bright green and tender. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

3

Caramelize the Sun-dried Tomatoes

In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of garlic oil. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and cook for about 2-3 minutes until they start to caramelize.

4

Combine Ingredients

Add the grilled chicken, cooked penne, and sautéed broccoli to the skillet with the sun-dried tomatoes. Drizzle with the remaining garlic oil and sprinkle with fresh Italian herbs, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.

5

Serve

Serve the sun-dried tomato penne hot, garnished with additional fresh herbs if desired.
