1. Cook the Fettuccine
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Sauté the Shrimp and Chicken
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the shrimp and set aside.
3. Add Chicken and Prosciutto
In the same skillet, add the sliced grilled chicken and chopped prosciutto. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the prosciutto is slightly crispy.
4. Prepare the Cream Sauce
Reduce the heat to low, then add the heavy cream to the skillet. Stir in the aged parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Add the peas, cooked shrimp, and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Combine with Pasta
Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
6. Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
