Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Glaze

In a blender, combine the habanero peppers (seeds removed for less heat), fresh peaches, honey, and soy sauce. Blend until smooth to create a spicy peach glaze.

  2. 2

    Glaze the Ribs

Preheat your grill to medium heat. Season the baby back ribs with salt and brush generously with the spicy peach glaze. Grill the ribs for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and caramelized.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Steak

Rub the sirloin steak with black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt. Heat a skillet over high heat and sear the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Cook the Broccoli

In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add the broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.

  5. 5

    Prepare Loaded Mashed Potatoes

In a bowl, combine the mashed potatoes with butter and season with salt to taste. Stir until creamy and well mixed.

  6. 6

    Serve

On a plate, serve half a rack of the glazed ribs alongside the peppercorn steak. Add a generous serving of loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli on the side.
