1. Prepare the Avocados

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Cut the avocado into thick wedges.

2. Set Up Breading Station

In three separate bowls, place the flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and paprika.

3. Bread the Avocado Wedges

Dredge each avocado wedge in flour, dip it into the eggs, then coat it with the panko mixture. Make sure they are well coated.

4. Fry the Avocado Wedges

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the breaded avocado wedges and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.

5. Drain and Serve

Once cooked, remove the fries from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve immediately with cilantro lime sauce.
