Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Grill the Salmon

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper. Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from the grill and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Shrimp Sauce

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Make the Piccata Sauce

Pour in the white wine and lemon juice to the skillet. Let it simmer for about 3 minutes, then add capers and continue to cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.

  4. 4

    Combine and Serve

Place the grilled salmon on plates and top with the shrimp piccata sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
