For the Salmon & Sriracha Lime Shrimp

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate the Shrimp

In a bowl, combine the shrimp, sriracha sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Salmon

Season the salmon fillets with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the salmon for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky.

  3. 3

    Cook the Shrimp

In the same skillet used for the salmon, add the marinated shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.

  4. 4

    Serve

Plate the cooked salmon and top it with the sriracha lime shrimp. Serve alongside kale saffron rice.
