Accordion Potatoes

Method

Preparation and Serving

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potatoes

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut thin slices into each potato, being careful not to cut all the way through, so they stay intact.

  2. 2

    Seasoning

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture between the slices of the potatoes and over the tops.

  3. 3

    Bake

Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender inside.

  4. 4

    Garnish

Once baked, remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

  5. 5

    Serve with Dips

Serve the accordion potatoes hot with horseradish cream and Sriracha ketchup on the side for dipping.
