Prepare the Wings
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
Season the Wings
In a large bowl, toss the wings with vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper until evenly coated.
Bake the Wings
Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
Prepare the Serving
While the wings are baking, cut the celery sticks into 3-inch pieces and set aside. Prepare your choice of signature sauce or rub for tossing the wings.
Serve
Once the wings are done, toss them in your chosen sauce or rub. Serve hot with bleu cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side.
