1. Cook the Noodles

2. Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the chopped vegetables and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they become tender.
3. Combine Ingredients
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour in soy sauce and mix well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
4. Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat and stir in chopped green onions. Season with pepper to taste. Serve warm and enjoy!
