Yakisoba Noodles

Method

Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Noodles

Cook the yakisoba noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2

Stir-fry the Vegetables

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the shredded cabbage, julienned carrot, and sliced bell pepper. Stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

3

Add Noodles and Sauce

Add the cooked yakisoba noodles to the skillet with the vegetables. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, and sugar. Pour the sauce over the noodles and toss everything together to combine. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.

4

Finish and Serve

Season with ground black pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
