Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Ingredients

Wash and chop the Swiss chard, dice the potatoes, and mince the garlic.

2

Cook the Ground Beef

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

3

Add Potatoes and Seasoning

Add diced potatoes to the skillet with the beef. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender.

4

Incorporate Swiss Chard

Stir in the chopped Swiss chard and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

5

Add Tomato Sauce

Pour in the tomato sauce, stirring well to combine all ingredients. Allow it to simmer for 5 minutes.

6

Assemble the Dish

Transfer the mixture into a baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella and dollops of Goat Lady chevre.

7

Bake

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and golden.

8

Serve

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your Easy Plateau!
