Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Ingredients
Start by gathering all your ingredients. Rinse the lobster tails and chicken breast under cold water.
- 2
Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breast, ensuring it is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 3
Prepare the Lobster
Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise. Remove any vein and rinse the tails. Brush the lobster meat with melted butter.
- 4
Cook the Chicken
Heat a hibachi or skillet over medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of butter and cook the marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest.
- 5
Cook the Lobster
In the same pan, add another tablespoon of butter, and place the lobster tails meat side down. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the lobster is opaque and cooked through. Baste with butter while cooking.
- 6
Garnish and Serve
Slice the cooked chicken and arrange it on a plate alongside the lobster tails. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with lemon wedges.
