Lobster Hibachi Ingredients

Preparation

Cooking Directions

1. Prepare the Lobster

Begin by preheating your hibachi grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat. While it heats, use kitchen scissors to carefully cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise, exposing the meat.

2. Season the Lobster

In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat.

3. Grill the Lobster

Place the lobster tails cut-side down on the grill or skillet. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, then flip and brush with more marinade. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the lobster is opaque and cooked through.

4. Cook the Vegetables

In the same grill or skillet, add the zucchini, mushrooms, and carrots. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until they are tender. Add the chopped green onions in the last minute of cooking.

5. Serve

Remove the lobster and vegetables from the grill. Serve immediately, garnished with extra green onions and a wedge of lemon, if desired.
