Preparation Directions
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Add Spinach
Stir in the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
Add Pernod and Seasoning
Add the Pernod liqueur, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until combined.
Prepare Oysters
Shuck the oysters and place them on a baking sheet. Spoon the spinach mixture generously over each oyster.
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.
Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm.
