Cooking Instructions
Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Add Cheese and Seasoning
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper until the cheese is melted and smooth.
Combine Pasta and Seafood
Add the cooked macaroni, lobster, shrimp, and crab to the cheese sauce. Stir until everything is well coated.
Bake
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour the mac and cheese mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
Garnish and Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
