Prepare the Pork Carnitas
In a slow cooker, combine the pork shoulder, orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shreds.

Prepare the Guacamole
Mash the avocados in a bowl. Add lime juice, salt to taste, and mix until smooth.

Assemble the Tacos
Once the pork is cooked, shred it with two forks. Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave. Fill each tortilla with shredded pork, a scoop of guacamole, pickled onions, chopped cilantro, and a drizzle of salsa verde.

Serve the tacos with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
