Prepare the Octopus

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the octopus and cook for about 45 minutes or until tender. Drain and let cool, then cut into bite-sized pieces.

Sauté the Vegetables

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add chanterelle mushrooms and cook until they start to soften. Then add the sweet corn kernels and cook for another 5 minutes.

Combine Ingredients

Add the cooked octopus to the pan with the vegetables. Stir in the red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper, and cook for an additional 5 minutes, mixing well.

Finish the Dish

Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice. Serve warm topped with Joons kimchi.
