An Italian roll with a pile of real oven-roasted turkey, topped with provolone and then baked. We add lettuce, tomato, onions, green peppers, black olives and oil & vinegar dressing sprinkled with dried oregano. Gobble.

Prepare the Ingredients
Slice the tomato, onion, and green bell pepper. Shred the lettuce and slice the black olives.

Assemble the Rolls
Slice each Italian roll in half horizontally. Layer the bottom half with slices of oven-roasted turkey, followed by provolone cheese.

Add the Toppings
Top the turkey and cheese with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, onions, green peppers, and black olives.

Dress the Sandwiches
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the assembled rolls.

Bake the Rolls
Place the assembled rolls on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden brown.

Serve
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
