Preparation
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the Cheese
Cut the Wisconsin cheese into bite-sized cubes or sticks.
Bread the Cheese
Coat each cheese piece first in the flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally roll in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
Bake the Cheese Chomps
Place the breaded cheese pieces on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Season and Serve
Once cooked, toss the Cheese Chomps in your choice of Dry Rub or Garlic Parm seasoning. Serve warm and enjoy!
