Lobster Mac Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

1

Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2

Make the Cheese Sauce

In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute until smooth. Gradually whisk in the milk, and cook until the mixture thickens, about 3-5 minutes.

3

Add the Cheese

Remove the pot from heat and stir in the cheddar and parmesan cheeses until melted and smooth. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

4

Combine Lobster and Pasta

Fold in the cooked macaroni and lobster meat until well combined. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more milk to reach desired consistency.

5

Bake

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly on top and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.

6

Garnish and Serve

Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
