Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Spinach Mixture

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  2. 2

    Mix the Filling

In a bowl, combine the wilted spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Haddock

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the haddock fillets in a greased baking dish. Season the fillets with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Dish

Spread the spinach mixture evenly over the haddock fillets in the baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.

  5. 5

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the haddock is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your Baked Haddock Florentine!
