Miso Ramen Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Broth

In a large pot, combine dashi stock, miso paste, soy sauce, and mirin. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the miso is dissolved. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes to develop the flavors.

  2. 2

    Cook the Noodles

If using homemade noodles, roll out and cut to desired thickness. Boil water in a separate pot and cook the noodles according to package instructions or until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. 3

    Soft Boil the Eggs

Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Carefully add the eggs and boil for 6-7 minutes. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to stop the cooking process. Once cooled, peel and set aside.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Ramen Bowls

Divide the cooked noodles into serving bowls. Pour the hot miso broth over the noodles. Top with chashu pork belly, sliced soft-boiled eggs, shredded green onions, naruto fish cake, and nori sheets. Drizzle sesame oil on top.
