Miso Pork Belly

Method

Cooking Miso Pork Belly

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine miso paste, sugar, sake, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Mix well to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Pork

Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces and add to the marinade. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.

  3. 3

    Cook the Pork

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated pork belly and cook until it is browned and caramelized on the outside, about 10-12 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
