Preparation Instructions

1

Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2

Mix Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, diced pimento peppers, crumbled bacon, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.

3

Transfer to Baking Dish

Transfer the cheese mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

4

Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

5

Prepare Sourdough

While the dip is baking, slice sourdough bread into bite-sized pieces. Butter each piece lightly.

6

Toast Sourdough

In a skillet over medium heat, toast the buttered sourdough pieces until golden brown on both sides.

7

Serve

Remove the dip from the oven and serve hot with the toasted sourdough pieces.
