Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Meatball Mixture

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Wagyu beef, pastured pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

2

Form the Meatballs

Using your hands, shape the mixture into meatballs about 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

3

Cook the Meatballs

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and browned on the outside.

4

Prepare the Marinara Sauce

While the meatballs are baking, heat house-made marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat until simmering.

5

Serve

Once the meatballs are cooked, add them to the marinara sauce. Serve with crusty baguette on the side.
