Cook the Onion and Garlic
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent.

Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through.

Stir in the ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
