Prepare the Broth
In a large pot, add beef bones and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain and rinse the bones.

Cook Noodles and Add Beef
Prepare the rice noodles and assemble the pho.

Finish the dish with broth and garnishes.
