Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Marinade
In a large bowl, combine togarashi seasoning, sichuan peppercorns, tamarind paste, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, vegetable oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a marinade.
Marinate the Wings
Add the chicken wings to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
Bake the Wings
Remove the wings from the marinade and arrange them in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
Serve
Once done, remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
