Prepare the Dashi
In a pot, bring the dashi stock to a simmer over medium heat. Add miso paste and stir until fully dissolved.

Cook the Ramen
In a separate pot, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Fry the Soft Shell Crab
Heat oil in a deep pan. Carefully add the soft shell crabs and fry until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Lobster and Shrimp
In the same oil, cook the lobster tail until it is opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Add shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes.

Assemble the Ramen
In a bowl, place a serving of ramen noodles. Pour the miso dashi broth over the noodles. Top with fried soft shell crab, lobster tail, and shrimp.

Garnish
Add optional garnishes such as sliced tamago (Japanese omelette) and nori (seaweed) before serving.
