Prepare the Collard Greens
In a large pot, bring a small amount of water to a boil. Add the collard greens and cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

Make the Broth
In a large pot, heat the chicken broth over medium heat. Add minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, hot sauce, and cooked pulled pork. Stir well and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Cook the Ramen Noodles
In a separate pot, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Combine Ingredients
Once the broth is ready, add the cooked ramen noodles and collard greens to the pot. Stir gently to combine and heat through.

Ladle the ramen into bowls and garnish with sliced green onions, black pepper, and salt to taste. Serve hot.
