Shake the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, Crème de Mûre, grapefruit oleo, phosphate, and fresh lemon juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

Gently twist the grapefruit peel over the drink to release its oils, then drop it into the glass as a garnish.
