A great place around Nashua, NH to grab dinner. They have their own parking at the back of the building. Staffs were friendly and helpful with our order. We ordered a gyro and rice bowl with bifteki. Foods were amazing and tasty, we would definitely come back to grab dinner.

Rice Bowl with Bifteki

Method

Gyro Preparation

1

Prepare the Meat

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.

2

Shape and Cook

Shape the mixture into patties or logs, and grill or pan-fry them on medium heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

3

Assemble the Gyro

Warm the pita bread in a skillet or oven. Layer the cooked lamb, tzatziki sauce, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onion, and lettuce on the pita. Roll it up and serve.

Bifteki and Rice Bowl Preparation

4

Prepare Bifteki Mixture

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

5

Shape and Cook Bifteki

Form the mixture into patties. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through.

6

Assemble the Rice Bowl

In serving bowls, place a generous serving of cooked rice and top with cooked bifteki patties. You may add additional toppings like fresh vegetables, olives, or more tzatziki sauce if desired.
