Marinade Preparation

1. Marinate the Lamb

In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Cut the leg of lamb into 1-inch cubes and add to the marinade. Ensure all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.

In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber (after draining excess water), minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
