Ezme Ingredients

Method

Ezme Preparation

1

Prepare the Vegetables

Finely chop the tomatoes, red bell pepper, onion, cucumber, and parsley. The finer the chop, the better the texture of the Ezme.

2

Combine Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, cucumber, and parsley.

3

Add Seasoning

Add the minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to the mixture. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

4

Taste and Adjust

Taste the Ezme and adjust the seasoning as necessary. Add more salt, pepper, or lemon juice according to your preference.

5

Chill and Serve

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the Ezme chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld.
