Cooking Instructions

1

Marinate the Meat

In a large bowl, combine the cubed lamb, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, cumin, black pepper, and salt. Mix well and let marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight in the refrigerator for best results.

2

Prepare the Skewers

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning. Thread the marinated lamb, red bell peppers, and onion onto the skewers, alternating between the meat and vegetables.

3

Grill the Kebabs

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness and has a nice char.

4

Serve

Once cooked, remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve hot with your choice of sides, such as rice, salad, or pita bread.
