Prepare the Ice Cream
Scoop the vanilla ice cream into 4 equal balls and place them on a tray. Freeze the ice cream balls for at least 2 hours until firm.

Coat the Ice Cream
Take the frozen ice cream balls out of the freezer. Dip each ball in the flour mixture, ensuring it's fully coated. Then, roll it in the crushed cornflake mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Repeat for all the ice cream balls.

Fry the Ice Cream
In a deep pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the coated ice cream balls, frying for about 10-15 seconds until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Serve
Drizzle with honey or chocolate sauce and serve immediately while still warm.
