Cook the Noodles

Boil water in a pot, add fresh ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.

In a pan over medium heat, add sesame oil and ground pork. Cook until pork is browned. Add soy sauce, toban djan, peanut butter, garlic, ginger, sugar, and chicken broth. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
