Method

Soup Preparation

Sauté Onion

In a pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

Simmer

Pour in the beef broth and soy sauce, bring to a simmer, and cook for 10 minutes.

Garnish

Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Salad Preparation

Mix Salad

In a bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced cucumber, and diced tomato. Toss with dressing.

Sauté Garlic

In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Cook Shrimp

Add shrimp, lemon juice, and cook until shrimp is pink and cooked through.

Main Dish Preparation

In a teppanyaki grill or large skillet, melt butter. Add assorted vegetables and soy sauce, stir-frying until tender.

Push the vegetables to the side, crack eggs into the pan, and scramble until cooked.
