Directions

1

Prepare the Avocados

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out a small amount of flesh to create space for the filling.

2

Make the Filling

In a bowl, combine spicy tuna mix, crab meat, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

3

Stuff the Avocados

Fill each avocado half with the spicy tuna and crab mixture, pressing down gently to pack it in.

4

Prepare for Frying

Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with panko breadcrumbs.

5

Bread the Avocados

Dredge each stuffed avocado half in flour, then dip into the egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.

6

Fry the Avocados

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the breaded avocados until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

7

Serve

On a plate, arrange the spring mix. Place the fried avocado bombs on top and drizzle with spicy mayo and eel sauce. Serve immediately.
