Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef

In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add the beef brisket and simmer for about 1.5 hours or until tender. Once cooked, remove the beef and slice it thinly.

  2. 2

    Stir-fry the Vegetables

In a large wok or skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Then, add the broccoli florets and Asian greens. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

  3. 3

    Cook the Noodles

Prepare the chow mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Add the sliced beef and chow mein noodles to the vegetables in the wok. Pour in the ginger black bean sauce and soy sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.

  5. 5

    Finish and Serve

Drizzle with sesame oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
