Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Garlic Toast
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Mix minced garlic with olive oil and brush the mixture on both sides of the bread slices. Place them on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.

Cook the Seafood
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Add the king crab meat and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for a minute until fragrant. Add diced tomatoes, charred jalapeño, white wine, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.

Combine and Serve
Return the cooked shrimp and king crab meat to the skillet, add the arugula and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir gently until the arugula wilts. Serve immediately with garlic toast on the side.
